Baked Feta with Tomatoes and Olives

In a small pan, place one piece Raspberry Ridge Feta.  Add olives of your choice, small tomatoes and some olive oil. 

Sprinkle with basil and a little oregano…. or any spices that are your favorite will work.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes… or until the cheese is melted.

Serve with crackers or toasted bread of your choice.


Sour Cherry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 lb pitted sour cherries
¾ cup sugar
1 ½ cup sheep’s milk yogurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
Dash salt

  1. Place fruit and sugar in pan and bring to biol
  2. Lower heat and simmer 5-7 minutes
  3. Puree fruit and liquid in blender with yogurt
  4. Stir in vanilla and salt
  5. Chill at least 2 hours or churn in ice cream maker.
