Our blue cheese is a blue cheese made with our sheep milk. We’ve aged this cheese for a half year bringing out its piquant flavor and creating a creamy texture. It’s gentle yellow color gives way to blue veins that create its notable flavor.

Our feta is made from 100% sheep milk. As it ages, it develops a wonderful taste. Each slice is packaged in the light brine solution used to age the cheese. You can either slice the cheese for a sandwich or crumble it on a salad or soup.
