Like our fresh ricotta cheese, our ricotta firma is freshly made from our sheep’s milk. We press our ricotta firma for a short time to remove moisture and giving it a firmer texture than our classic ricotta. Another great cooking cheese, it will maintain its form in stews and other recipes or can be eaten as a slice on a sandwich. Enjoy ricotta!
